I have never experienced this issue . However perhaps you are having a low memory issue. Make sure that you do not have any car lines on the tool you do not need. Also I would advise not to side load any software into the tool. I have experienced problems in the past from putting software on the tool- software that was very benign at that. 

Reset the sd internal card memory make sure your current on your sudscription don't do it if its not ull loose all info call autel they can guid you
